Award Winning Independent Womenswear Shop

Celebrating over 30 years in fashion, we are an award winning boutique.

Nestled amidst its seemingly endless realms of shops, bars and independent beauty boutiques, is one of Long Melford’s oldest and most exclusive fashion outlets. Angela Fashions.

Visiting the store late last month, the extraordinary wealth of colourful designs and styles was simply inspiring. Vibrant purples oozed a feeling of luxury, while the remaining rainbow of shades offered outfits for all occasions.

Meeting the boutique’s namesake and owner, Angela Wybrew, it was easy to see why her loyal customer base returned time and time again, some having been with the store since it opened over 30 years ago.

We like to make our customers feel good about themselves,” revealed Angela. “It’s a passion about fashion and customer satisfaction that keeps us all motivated. When three generations of one family come to us, from the grandmother to the granddaughter, we’re privileged to offer something for them all.”

As Angela stocks a wide range of designers, from Marccain, Luisa Cerano, Armani and Oui to Geox, Wolford, Betty Barclay and Joseph Ribkoff, I felt as though I’d transported to seventh heaven.

Taking its inspiration from the traditional stylings of the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, the entire store radiates with breathtaking outfits and accessories. From its dedicated Mother of the Bride area to the modern, tailored outfits of a younger audience, Angela Fashions captures every aspect.

Circling the store I found myself faced with timeless classic after timeless classic, and its friendly team welcomed me in to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the two-tiered boutique. Leaving no question unanswered, the knowledge held by each and every member of staff was outstanding. As most team members have worked there for ten years or more, their passion and dedication to the store was clear from the way that they talked.
